• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with the proper functioning of our website.

3. Service Descriptions

• Services Provided: Qline offers interactive team-building solutions, CSR activities as well as access to camping and glamping site.
• Service Availability: We strive to ensure our services are available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: One-time charges based on the activity and number of participants.
• Billing: Payments are due as mentioned in the quotation. We accept bank transfer, card payment and cash until maximum IDR 2.500.000 (two and a half million Indonesian Rupiah).
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in compensation fees of 10% of the total invoice per week considering a week of 5 working days as well as an unlimited suspension of services.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by contacting customer support.
• Refunds: Refund conditions are in case of force majeure. Prorated refunds might happen at the discretion of the company. No refunds will be issued if your payment was made more than 10 calendar days ago.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by Qline or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.
