We are committed to making a positive difference in Lombok's communities, ensuring that our CSR initiatives lead to real, lasting change.
Our CSR programs are designed with a focus on sustainability, ensuring that every action contributes to the long-term health of Lombok's environment and people.
We believe in empowering the local community through our CSR activities, fostering growth and opportunity for all.
Our CSR efforts are about more than just today. We're building a lasting legacy that will benefit Lombok for generations to come.
Why We Do It ? : Our tree planting initiatives aim to restore damaged ecosystems in Central and West Kalimantan, protect against sea-level rise, and support indigenous and youth-led conservation efforts. By focusing on species that improve soil health, absorb chemicals, and combat coastal erosion, we are contributing to sustainable environmental recovery.
How We Help You Achieve This ?: At Qline CSR, we arrange tree planting workshops where your employees can actively participate in reforestation efforts. These workshops are conducted near beaches, parks, or other areas in need of environmental restoration, and are designed to be both educational and impactful.
Why We Do It ? : Lombok’s stunning beaches are under threat from waste accumulation, which can harm marine life and degrade the island’s natural beauty. By participating in beach clean-ups, your company can play a direct role in preserving these essential ecosystems.
How We Help You Achieve This ? : Qline CSR organizes beach clean-up events, bringing together your team and local volunteers to remove debris and waste from Lombok’s coastlines. We ensure that the clean-ups are well-coordinated and that the collected waste is properly disposed of or recycled, contributing to a cleaner, healthier environment.
Why We Do It ? : Bicycles are a valuable mode of transportation, especially for children in orphanages who need reliable means to travel to school and other activities. Building bikes combines team-building with giving back to the community.
How We Help You Achieve This ? : Qline CSR organizes bike-building events, enabling teams to work together to assemble bicycles. These bikes are then donated to local orphanages, giving children a vital means of transportation while fostering a sense of teamwork and purpose among employees.
This program can also be integrated into our Amazing Race experience, allowing teams to build or gift bikes as part of the event.
The Problem
Indonesia faces high earthquake risks, especially in Lombok, which suffered severe damage in 2018, leaving schools unsafe and lacking sanitation. Indonesia’s plastic waste crisis further exacerbates environmental issues.
Our Solution
Using lightweight, interlocking blocks, our program builds earthquake-resistant schools with clean toilets to ensure student safety and hygiene. Each classroom removes 1.8 tonnes of local plastic waste, promoting sustainable construction and environmental education.
Community Enrichment Programs
Our initiatives supplement formal education by teaching eco-literacy, composting, and waste management, and addressing pressing issues like early marriage, bullying, and limited English proficiency. The goal is to create safe, sustainable learning environments for brighter futures.
Why We Do It ? : Lombok’s coral reefs are vital to marine biodiversity, providing habitat and shelter for countless species. However, they are increasingly threatened by factors such as pollution, climate change, and unsustainable fishing practices. Protecting these reefs is crucial for maintaining the health of our oceans and the livelihoods of communities that depend on them.
How We Help You Achieve This ? : Qline CSR implements coral reef restoration projects, partnering with marine biologists and local stakeholders to rehabilitate damaged reefs. Your company can be directly involved in these efforts, whether through funding, volunteer participation, or awareness campaigns. We ensure that our restoration initiatives are scientifically sound and sustainable, contributing to the long-term resilience of these vital ecosystems.
Purpose
Access to safe, clean drinking water is crucial for the health and well-being of communities, especially for children in orphanages. Our initiative provides innovative water filters that deliver reliable solutions for safe drinking water, significantly improving public health and reducing plastic waste from bottled water.
Our Approach
We organize community outreach events where teams work together to distribute ceramic water filters. These filters are tested for effectiveness and provide long-lasting access to clean water for families and children in need. Can be adapted to school too.
Purpose
To create a zero-waste island on Gili Trawangan by building an efficient recycling system that reduces landfill waste, promotes sustainability, and supports the local economy. This initiative aligns with our mission to preserve the island’s environment and foster community well-being.
Our Approach
Qline CSR support a local NGO in partnership with FMPL to establish a waste processing HQ, install a pyrolysis machine, and engage the community in waste separation education. This setup will streamline processing, increase efficiency, and turn non-recyclable waste into energy.
